Plasma Blast

Branded as the surgeon’s worst nightmare Plasma Blast gives exceptional results without the need for a single cut or stitch.

What is plasma skin regeneration?

With its precise tip, the PLASMA BLAST pen delivers lightening energy to the outermost layer of the skin being targeted. The plasma produced creates an energy which vaporizes in the immediate vicinity of the skin causing the tissue to contract. Plasma Blast instantly tightens saggy eyelids, a procedure known as the non-surgical blepharoplasty.

It can be used to treat a variety of skin imperfections such as crepey lids, crow’s feet, upper lip lines, smile lines, pigmentation and wrinkly necks. Since no general anaesthetic is required, plasma sublimation has a much quicker recovery time than surgical procedures, whilst also being quicker and cheaper.

How does plasma skin regeneration work?

A specialised device is used to generate an ionised gas called Plasma between the instrument tip and the skin. This plasma energy is directed through the tip of the hand piece onto the targeted area, and the energy is absorbed by the targeted skin cells. This damages the cell, which encourages regeneration and regrowth. This is what enables collagen renewal and the remodelling of the internal architecture of skin, smoothing fine lines, wrinkles and tightening sagging, loose skin, allowing new, fresh skin to show through minimising the appearance of wrinkles.

Who is plasma skin regeneration good for?

PLASMA BLAST is suitable for anyone who wants to achieve a smoother, more youthful complexion. It can treat a variety of skin imperfections, including stretch marks, scarring, brown spots, and unwanted tattoos. It’s particularly effective for treating fine lines around the mouth (so-called smoker’s lines), as well as rejuvenating the whole eye area (non-surgical blepharoplasty).

What does plasma blast involve?

With its precise tip, the PLASMA BLAST pen delivers lightening energy to the outermost layer of the skin being targeted. The plasma produced creates an energy which vaporizes in the immediate vicinity of the skin causing the tissue to contract. The client may feel heat and a little discomfort during this process, however a topical aesthetic will have been applied to minimise the sensation. The treatment creates minute spots made with the device at certain distance one from the other to stimulate instant contraction and tightening of skin fibres.

A typical session will last no more than 30 minutes, although patients are required to attend the appointment an hour prior to the actual procedure to have topical numbing cream applied to the area to be treated…

The treatment results in the formation of small dry spots, which will crust over then flake off 5-7 days later. The client may also experience some swelling for a few days after the treatment.

What results can I expect?

Immediately after the treatment, your skin will appear tighter and smoother. This will continue to improve as the skin cells regenerate in the following weeks. Depending on your age and the area being treated, you’ll need between one and three sessions, performed around six weeks apart.

PLASMA BLAST is an incredibly effective treatment for rejuvenating the eyes, a procedure known as non-surgical eye-lift. A single session will instantly tighten crepey eyelids and reduce the appearance of crow’s-feet.

The results are so impressive, more and more people are opting for this procedure in place of traditional eye-lift surgery.
