How do I book an appointment?
You can book online here, call us directly, or visit the salon in person. Walk-ins are welcome, but advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, subject to availability. We always recommend booking ahead, especially for laser treatments, BIAB nails, and electrolysis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card and cash payments in the salon.
Before Your Appointment
Do I need to prepare for my treatment?
Some treatments require a little prep. For example:
– Waxing: Let hair grow for about 3 weeks
– Laser or electrolysis: Avoid sun exposure and shaving for 2 weeks before
– Facials: Avoid exfoliating the day before
What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. Towels are provided where necessary for your treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.

Yes, for electrolysis, laser treatments, BIAB nails, and other specialist services, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking.

What aftercare is needed?
